Our Values – I.N.S.P.I.R.E.
Our values define everything we do and ensure the people we support are at the heart of every decision:
Together, these principles form the heart of our care model — an INSPIRE approach that supports and empowers.
-
Forward-thinking, person-centred support.
-
Creating safe and supportive spaces for growth.
-
Empowering individuals to build on their abilities.
-
Early action to reduce crisis and instability.
-
Working together with partners and communities.
-
Promoting independence through guided support.
-
Ensuring inclusion, dignity, and respect for all.
🏠 Supported Living
We provide specialist supported living accommodation for adults with additional support needs, including those experiencing mental health challenges or social isolation.
Each home is fully furnished, maintained to a high standard, and designed to promote safety, independence, and comfort.
Our homes include:
Private or shared bedrooms with modern amenities
24/7 on-call support access
Personalised support plans
Links to healthcare, wellbeing, and employment support
Our “step-down” model helps people transition from higher levels of care (e.g. hospital or residential) into community-based living, with support gradually reduced as confidence and independence grow.
🤝 Floating & Community Support
We also offer non-regulated, low-level floating support for individuals ready for more independence.
This service helps people manage tenancies, finances, and life skills while staying connected to community networks and ongoing wellbeing support.
🌱 Empowerment & Development
Through local partnerships, we deliver therapeutic and personal development opportunities, including:
Life-skills training and budgeting
Employment and education support
Mental health and wellbeing sessions
Creative therapy and peer mentoring.
Therapeutic Support
We integrate therapeutic approaches such as art, music, drama, and cognitive behavioural support to help residents manage emotions, reduce anxiety, and improve wellbeing.
These activities complement our structured support to help each person achieve emotional balance and long-term stability.
Equality, Dignity & Safeguarding
We are an inclusive organisation that celebrates diversity and protects the rights of everyone we support.
Our safeguarding standards meet national guidelines, and our equality framework ensures no one faces discrimination based on background, beliefs, or identity.
All staff are trained in:
Mental Capacity Act principles
Safeguarding and confidentiality
Duty of Candour and Equality Legislation
Quality Assurance
We continuously review and improve our service through:
Regular audits and feedback surveys
Staff performance monitoring and ongoing training
Transparent communication with stakeholders and families
We are committed to accountability, openness, and continuous improvement.
Referrals & Access
We accept:
Agency referrals: Local authorities, housing teams, charities, and social services
Self-referrals: Individuals and families seeking temporary or supported accommodation
📄 Eligibility: We support individuals and families aged 18+ who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and vulnerable adults requiring supported living in the Nottingham area.
⏳ Length of Stay: Accommodation is temporary — once stability is achieved, we help residents transition to long-term or independent housing, typically within 3–12 months, depending on individual progress.
